Reiki — Gentle energy work for deep rest and reset.
Breathwork — Conscious connected breathwork, one-on-one — go at your own pace, held the whole way.
Group Classes — Breathwork circles and sound bath groups in my circle room.
Lean On Me — Sit-and-talk sessions — an hour to talk through whatever's on your mind, in the office or somewhere casual.

I’m Rebecca Conner — a single mom of four, a maker at heart, with an incurably curious mind. I love to create, and I love to help people. Some of the work here is light, and some of it is heavy — both are welcome. You can finally stop holding everything. Let me hold the space instead: a safe, quiet room where you can just relax — and let me take care of you.
